Boston Whaler Vantage Series: Dual Console Boats that provide Comfort, Space, and Nice Features for Occasional Fishing
The Vantage series is the first and only dual console boat built by Boston Whaler. It provides a great deal of comfort and space for friends or family to enjoy while aboard, along with some nice features for diving and fishing.
When building the Vantage line, Boston Whaler really did think of everything in terms of comfort, convenience, and safety. The Vantage is equipped with a full bow seating/lounge area, a forward and rear viewing seat on the port side, a luxurious ventilated helm seat for the captain, and a stern cushioned bench that easily folds up when not in use.
There are three entry points for boarding this vessel whether it be from swimming, diving, or hanging out at the island: the bow hatch has a ladder that unfolds off the bow for easy entry; there is a port stern dive door that opens inward for easy entry with tanks or dive equipment (as well as a handle to pull yourself in); and there is also a ladder located on the starboard aft corner. The are fresh water rinse downs conveniently located next to each entry point so you can rinse the salt off of yourself before it gets all over the boat, or better yet before dries on you and becomes itchy.
Even though this boat is not the ultimate fishing machine like the Boston Whaler Outrage, they still added some great fishing features for a light angler, such as the two macerated/insulated fish boxes, a 16 gallon live well, and plenty of rod storage.
